Preparing to welcome you as soon as possible at Ecoparque de Trasmiera

At Arnuero Town Hall, work is being carried out at full speed to develop the protocols that will allow us to gradually reopen those public services in which citizen service is provided, and under the best conditions to ensure the health of workers and visitors.
The Ecoparque Centres closed their doors to the public days before the State of Alarm was declared because we understood that, at that time, it was not a safe activity within the framework of the Covid 19 health emergency. According to the forecasts of the Government of Spain’s Plan for returning to normality, in Phase 1 visits activity to museums could be resumed (with capacity limited to 1/3), although Phase 2 reserves the opening of monuments and other cultural facilities (also with capacity limited to 1/3).
Our goal, in addition to strict compliance with the health guidelines, is to carry out our activities under two principles: health safety and the quality of the experience. In this sense, we will not get under way until we are clear about reconciling both, even if the official calendar should allow it sooner.
For the moment, we are working intensely on determining the requirements to guarantee protocols that minimise the risk of coronavirus transmission in our facilities. We have already begun installing our “Health Points” and assembling PPE to provide protective equipment for our Guides and visitors.
And on the other hand, we are completely reviewing our operating system, which in the coming months will be limited to guided visits in small groups, where participation will only be possible by prior appointment. Very soon we will explain what our renewed range of cultural and nature experiences will be, and we will enable a system to start reserving places.
We are committed to the quality of the experiences, which we have always proposed thinking solely and exclusively about your satisfaction.
Very soon we will see each other again, and we will be very happy to be hosts once more in this wonderful land.
