We have finalists for the 3rd Short Story Competition

The Jury of the Short Stories Competition Ecoparque de Trasmiera has announced its first ruling, which determines the three shortlisted stories. Subsequently, the order of prizes awarded among the finalists will be decided at the meeting that the Jury must hold on the same day as the awards ceremony.

The shortlisted works and authors are:

“Addicts” by Javier Rabeiro Fragela (Havana, Cuba)

“Onions” by José A. Gago Martín (Segovia, Spain)

“Furor” by Ceres de Agustín García Aguado (Madrid, Spain)

Likewise, in the final assessment the Jury may decide whether to award any of the runner-up prizes provided for in the Competition Rules.

At the awards ceremony, which is expected to be convened for the month of May or June, provided that health circumstances allow the prizewinners to travel, the presentation of the prize-winning short story book from the second edition 2019 will also be made; the book is already in an advanced state of preparation.
